The highlight of the Conservative Political Action Conference for me was the address on the final day by Daniel Hannan, Minister of the European Parliament. Entitled, "You Still Have Time to Turn Aside", the speech was a warning that we in America have time to avoid the same pitfalls of the United Kingdom.
A passionate defense of the rights of the English people which form the basis of our Republic, and which he believes have been lost in the United Kingdom. This speech is well worth the time to watch and listen to.
