2. Deval Patrick does his best two year old impression, just "because"
"First of all, you're not entitled to them," Patrick said about the parking records yesterday when asked why he was denying the Herald's public records request.
Asked to explain, a petulant Patrick said: "Because you're not."
It has not been confirmed whether or not during his 3:00 PM meeting with Bob DeLeo if he told DeLeo to employ the, "I know you are but what am I" defense.
