Today the Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance filed an OCPF complaint with Michael Sullivan of the Office of Campaign and Political Finance. The complaint centers around Representative Carlos Henriquez's apparent use of his campaign account to withdraw cash, as well as cashiers checks. These transactions are in violation of campaign finance rules in Massachusetts. In addition the Office of Campaign Finance has also fined Henriquez at least $800 for failure to file his reports in a timely manner.
