Yesterday, the Massachusetts State Senate updated their rules so they would be required to post roll call votes on the General Court website within 48 hours of the vote being taken. The measure was passed unanimously by a vote of 39-0, and will take effect later this year. Other measures for rule changes were rejected. On Wednesday, the House voted on a number of reform minded amendments that would push for further government transparency that were defeated.
