Jim Marzilli, who has vowed to not work another day for his pay, is still collecting money for a committee chairmanship that he is not fulfilling the duties of. That Chairmanship costs the taxpayer $7500 on an annual basis. There are 5 months left in the year, which means Marzilli is scheduled to receive $3,125 for his no-show chairmanship.
The Senate President Theresa Murray can remove him from this post at any time. She should do so tonight.
