McCain VP scoop: MN Gov. Pawlenty.
Don't forget - you heard it first from the progressive pro-choice married lesbian. :)

Being "progressive" on the other hand...
That term to me either means progress along the marxist path or simply flight from yet another term for liberal to yet another term for liberal. (Liberal itself used to be a good thing ya know)
I appreciate your comments above, as they are not shared by many of the RMG denizens. So I thought I'd just have a little fun with y'all by saying that. As for being liberal, I think liberal is a fine term and a fine thing to be. I think of progressives as activist liberals. But my definition may vary as times change. R.I.P. Liberty?
Perhaps you are confusing politics that are at odds with your own, with bias against you as a lesbian?
Hey I dunno if I wasn't stuck with / fleeing the Obama speech at this moment I would have already dropped it
August 29, 2008 Categories: Veep BREAKING: Pawlenty won't be in Dayton today, says "was honored to be considered"
Gov. Tim Pawlenty said this morning that he will he not be in Dayton, Ohio, this morning and strongly suggested that he won't be John McCain's running mate.
"I'm going to be at the [Minnesota] state fair," Pawlenty said on WCCO just minutes ago.
"I will not be in Dayton, Ohio, so I think that's a fair assumption," he added in an interview with the Twin Cities radio station, when asked if this was an indication that he would not be chosen.
He added: "It was an honor to be considered."
Asked if he was relieved "that the whole thing was over," he joked: "I'm glad you guys will quit following me around so much." "I supported President Obama in 2008." - Gabriel Gomez
Heh heh.
