The People's Rally: It took three venues and even then there was overflow capacity

Scott Brown filled the 1600+ seat Mechanics Hall, a 700 seat ballroom at the Crown Plaza Hotel, and a 500 person capacity Osgood Bradley Building 8th floor today for the People's Rally.

Here is the scene from the hotel ballroom:

Electric Strawberry said it best

Hey Martha.....got character??????

Rhetorical question!!

4000-5000 showed up on Worcester this afternoon/evening.

Showed up.....on their own.  Not on buses paid for by the campaign....not brought in by the Unions....not PAID TO SHOW UP by the Unions.

4K to 5K voters came in on their own......filling up parking lots.

We filled Mechanics Hall with about 1/3 of the crowd.

We filled the ballroom of a nearby hotel....elbow to elbow.

We filled the halls when the rooms were full.

4K to 5K voters.....excited to vote FOR Scott Brown....not scared by negative LYING ads to vote against the other candidate.

Yes, Martha, it's a lie to say "you will lose your right to choose if you vote for Scott Brown"

Yes, Martha, it's a lie to say "rape victims will be turned away at the emergency room if you vote for Scott Brown."
