Use muckrock.com to automate and manage FOI requests. (0.00 / 0)

Excellent presentation.  There is a really useful web tool -- www.muckrock.com -- started by a Somerville journalist that helps automatically helps write and follow up with the relevant department with your request.  I've used it and found it handy.
