Will MassDems give back convicted inside trader's money?

by: Rob "EaBo Clipper" Eno

George Soros, already funds ProgressMass - the Colorado Astroturf outfit that beats up on Scott Brown daily, Demos - the "non-profit" run by Elizabeth Warren's daughter that "wink-wink" "sued" Massachusetts to force a taxpayer-funded GOTV mailer, and various other left wing groups attacking Scott Brown Daily.  Now it appears that he is also funding the Massachusetts Democratic Party.  According to today's deposit report filed with OCPF Soros has donated $5,000 to the Massachusetts Democratic Party State Account.

Soros you may recall is a convicted inside trader.  Aren't financial crimes the very thing Elizabeth Warren is supposed to be fighting against?  Shouldn't the Massachusetts Democratic Party immediately return a convicted inside trader's donation?

They won't because you see, Liz and George are friends.

Just another way "Etch-a-Sketch Warren" is trying to fool Massachusetts.

Mass Dem party (0.00 / 0)
Blame wall street - yet take money from insider traders... sounds like the Dem party to me.  Frauds.

Is that the same George Soros that just recently dumped his holdings (5.00 / 1)
in all the major financial comapnies?

In what analysts say is another indication that the economy will get worse in the not-too-distant future, recent filings by billionaire financier George Soros show he dumped virtually all his holdings in major financial companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup.

"When a major global player with direct ties to the White House, Wall Street, and the banking system starts off-loading stocks and starts stacking gold, it suggests a very serious market move is set to happen," observed commentator Mac Slavo, a generally pessimistic analyst who follows financial news closely and has long predicted unprecedented economic chaos.

Doesn't sound like Soros is bullish on the markets.

We are headed for a 'Fiscal Cliff' and the country just elected a dope whose motto is 'Forward'.

Is there a reason to be bullish about world markets? (0.00 / 0)
Romney could win, do everything he wants to do, and the markets will still tank because of Europe.  It seems prudent to me to get out.

It might seem prudent to you..... (0.00 / 0)
It might also seem prudent to me as well, but then I am not in the business of buying and selling stocks.  I buy and sell footwear.  If one day I decided to dump every thing I have to do with footwear design, manufacture and selling then be sure that there is something terrible in the footwear business.

When George Soros, whose legacy and livelihood have to do with buying and selling financial investments suddenly decides to dump all his major financial company investments and dump his money in gold stocks - then be sure there is something wrong with the financial companies in the USA.

What is surprising is that he put his money in gold.  Gold is an investment used when you're not sure where to put your money and you're trying to hedge against inflation.  Does this mean Soros doesn't know where to put his money?

Soros and Obama are buddies.  So what did Obama tell him, or what did Soros see that gave him reason to doubt Obama's ability to right the economic ship of the USA?

If the European markets are troubling Soros then surely he could have found undervalued US stocks to invest in, don't you think?  Certainly Greece and the Eurozone are a mess, but a knowledgeable guy like Soros could figure out how to make money - seeing as he is now one of the richest men in the world...

Not sure what your link is for.... (0.00 / 0)
The link I offered is as of today.  In his most recent filings Soros declared that he dumped virtually all of his major financial companies.   Your link refers to a something a year old....

Just that it was from August last year. (0.00 / 0)
I remember it well.
