He says she is not telling the truth, and used the claim of Cherokee blood to advance her career. He says further 'Its a disgrace to be doing this', and its not right to use other people's heritage to advance your career.

At the time of Warren's transgressions, competition for law school positions was intense, as was the pressure on law schools to employ minority faculty. This led numerous cheats like Professor Warren to make false claims to get ahead.
This ethnic fraud led to the Coalition of Bar Associations of Color adopting, in July of 2011, a resolution calling for the tightening of standards on who constitutes a "Native American" at Law Schools. "WHEREAS, non-Native Americans who have no affiliation with any Native community nor any Native identification will be deterred from committing ethnic fraud with the requirement that they provide additional information regarding their identification with the Native American community;" "WHEREAS, the ABA and ABA accredit law schools perpetuate this academic ethnic fraud by refusing to require sufficient documentation of Native American citizenship and refusing to enforce academic fraud, despite decades of requests by the Native American legal community."
That Professor Warren falsely claimed minority status is bad enough, what is shocking is that she continues these many months later to pretend that this never happened.
But do be aware that there are some of us who are able not only to digest the campaign issue of the day, but are also fully capable of remaining cognizant of the fact that this candidate, at her core, is no more honest than those she excoriates in her piously schoolmarmish, finger wagging sort of way - and that we will be bringing up the matter again.
It is clear that both institutions gained a benefit from having Elizabeth Warren as a minority faculty member.
It is also clear why these parties refuse to release their half of the facts, as the truth would be incriminating. Elizabeth might as well just invoke the 5th Amendment.
Elizabeth Warren and Harvard claim that diversity had nothing to do with her position at Harvard. I speculate that there's not one single hire that will publically admit that diversity played a role in their employment.

Had a feeling the PPP poll was liberal bunk. Less Geronimo and more policy and door knocking please. MA voters are not going to reward us for Mississippi like tactics.
