| I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope Santa is good to all of you, but more importantly that you enjoy the holiday with family and friends for what it really is - a celebration of our Savior.
I hope the upcoming New Year is full of good news and ample celebrations. I also wish good news for our country as a whole - I think we could use some good news! Keep our men and women in uniform in your prayers this holiday season!
I think our party should remember something I personally had to 'relearn' recently. 'If you look closely enough, you can find something good in everything that happens. If at first you don't see it - then look a little harder'.
I am taking some time off from work (unpaid of course - ugh!) and time off from blogging, and I will be spending it with my family. My oldest son is home from college, my daughter has recently been accepted early decision into 4 of the 5 colleges she applied to. (Even Northeastern's Bouve School of Pharmacy - 6 year Doctor program - Yay!!) My youngest son is looking forward to time with Dad, and my wife is still the most beautiful woman I have ever met. We are all healthy and happy and looking forward to Christmas family time. I am a lucky guy, and I bet you have much to be thankful for as well! Look hard!
Blessings and good wishes on all of you this Christmas season - even Simple! |
