You know what live in a world we try to explain away every action as an illness or some other excuse when you got money and power, the reality is it was a crime of impulsive opportunity with one's free will like any other person (think U.S. Senator Larry Craig).

LOWELL -- That girl walking the streets around Armory Park in the Lower Highlands Saturday night -- she wasn't a prostitute, and if you pulled up thinking she was, you probably landed in handcuffs pretty quickly. The Vice Unit spent about five hours conducting a sting operation targeting johns in the Lower Highlands, Saturday night, using an undercover female officer posing as a prostitute. They caught 11 johns in all. Detective Lt. Jim Hodgdon said police occasionally target johns instead of prostitutes, to help keep potential johns from coming into the city and feeding the sex trade.

The rather affluent State Senator was behaving and acting like a john (the second victim thought he was one according to the police report), coming to a community of a lower socio-economic level to take advantage of a problem we have here in Lowell, the State Senator didn't give a rat's *ss about my community, didn't care about the women, or the elderly the disabled who lives outside that building.
His life is now ruined....

Just this year the bank adjacent to my daughter's school was robbed twice during school hours by desperate drug addicts looking for quick cash, should their behavior putting all those children in danger be excused because clearly there was a reason, it wasn't them but the illness of the drug.
Look I'm all for helping drug addicts, stopping the drug/sex trade, and especially getting women who are prostitute what they need to better themselves.
