Flint Armament, like just about every store, is long sold out of AR 15 style rifles and I've read that the wait could be as long as 6 months.
The availability has deceased, the price has increased, and I had no intention to buying rifle just yet - some of us usually save for Disney vacations - but I've always wanted a rifle like this and I better try to buy it now before I may never be able to get one.

On the Federal level, the most they'll try to do is ban the sale of magazines >10 rounds.
