| There are several different posts branching off of my post last evening. I created this post as a one-stop shop for all your "Voter-Gate" needs.
You can read my original post, "Kirsten Hughes 11+ Year Record of Non-Voting.' at this link. It was originally posted at 8:18PM EST on 1/29.
At the publishers request, I edited the post at 10:00PM to clarify the specific accusation, that being that RMG was unable to find any evidence of Kirsten Hughes voting in the state of Massachusetts between her registration to vote in 1998, and 2009. The post text has not been edited since 10:00PM last evening.
This morning at 7:00AM, after extensive back & forth between he and I via email, the RMG publisher posted an article sharing information provided to RMG by "The Hughes Campaign". In a promotion comment, I outlined several reasons why I didn't accept the evidence presented at face value. I have posted those questions in a comment in that diary you can read here.
That post has been removed from the front page by the author as it has been superseded by new information.
Finally, "The Other RMG Editor" Elizabeth Mahoney who has publicly Endorsed Kirsten Hughes has a fabulous, extensive post on the voter registration records of both candidates for Chair. Well worth a read, but summary, Mr. Green, as previously disclosed on RMG failed to vote in 2008, earliest registration in 2003. Ms. Hughes, as stated in the original post last night, failed to vote in Massachusetts between 1998-2009, voting instead in New York City in 2004, and 2008.
Each of the posts are worth a read on their own, but I would be remiss if I did not point out that the the original post, and its charge of non-Massachusetts voting in a 11-year period by candidate Hughes, has been verified by one of Ms. Hughes own supporters. Food for thought. |
