I'm not sure if I should be offended or laugh my ass off (0.00 / 0)
Seriously Slavery???

(R)- Outside 495

You must have been laughing in your history class... (4.50 / 2)
...because you obviously have no understanding about the link between the 14th Amendment which negated the Dred Scott decision and allowed blacks to be eligible to become US citizens, and Citizens United.

Ya, seriously.  (And I'm not trying to be snide here, just pointing out your shallow grasp of American history...ok THAT was snide.)

Couldn't play the video, I was in a public place (0.00 / 0)
I was going off the title which is misleading. He compared Citizens United to Dred Scott in that a Constitutional Amendment is the only way to fix a bad Court decision. Fair Enough.

And seeing how you are one of the genuinely... (5.00 / 1)
...serious folks around here, I apologize for my snideness.
